14-Day Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible with our refund policy. Please review the terms below carefully before completing your purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds:

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the event. Refunds will not be issued for missed events or late requests.

All refund requests must include proof of purchase (order number and email address).
Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Wrong Date Bookings: Tickets purchased for the incorrect date cannot be transferred or exchanged for another date.

No-Shows: Refunds will not be granted if you fail to attend the event.

Partially Used Tickets: If part of the ticket or experience has already been used, a refund will not be issued.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@euromuscleshow.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Order Number]. Our team will process your request within 5–7 business days.
